The annual Ohio tornado drill will be on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 9:50 a.m. The outdoor warning sirens in Perrysburg and Wood County will sound at this time for the annual drill. CSX Railroad Crossing Supplemental Safety Measures
Pursuant to an agreement between CSX Railroad, the Ohio Rail Development Commission, the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the City of Perrysburg, a project to install new warning gates and lights at the CSX crossing on Walnut, Locust and Elm Streets will be completed during the spring of 2010. The CSX crossings at Pine, Cherry and Hickory Streets will be permanently closed within sixty (60) days of the installation of the new lights and gates at the other crossings.
